This project will save us $3,750, allowing us to change more lives for the better, forever.

What We Need

  • Recommendations on both style of recruitment (active versus passive) and proper channels to pursue candidates
  • Guidelines for the hiring process, including the order and number of interview rounds, reference checks, and general best practices
  • Effective interviewing techniques and clear, consistent standards for judging candidates
  • Tips for negotiating details such as compensation package and title

How This Will Help

This project is crucial to our organization. Because nonprofits are generally stretched thin, it is important that we are able to use all of our resources. With this project, we are trying to find the best way that we can start a work study program.

What We Have In Place

We currently have a staff member who has done research on local colleges which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a successful internship program and the ability to provide any other information you need.

    • Volunteer Manager provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
  • Milestone 3: Draft Talent Recruitment Strategy
